This policy explains what information the mobile game Snackhole ("the game", "we") handles on Android and iOS. The game is published by NWBN. Contact: chris96skan@gmail.com.
Your level, coins, unlocked items, boosters, league and Battle Pass progress, and settings (volume, vibration) are stored only on your device. There are no accounts, we do not run our own servers and we do not receive this data. Uninstalling the game deletes it. The game does not use your microphone, camera, contacts or precise location.
The game shows ads through Google AdMob. To show and measure ads and to prevent fraud, AdMob and the ad networks it works with (AppLovin, Unity Ads, Meta Audience Network, Liftoff Monetize, Mintegral and Pangle) may collect information such as your device's advertising identifier, IP address (used to estimate an approximate location), device model and operating system, how you interact with ads, and diagnostic information. Each provider processes this under its own privacy policy:
Your choices. In the EU, EEA, UK and Switzerland the game asks for your consent before personalised ads are shown, and you can change your choice at any time in Settings → Privacy settings. On iOS you are asked whether apps may track you (App Tracking Transparency). On Android you can reset or delete your advertising ID in the system settings. If you decline tracking on iOS, only non-personalised ads are shown. Buying No ads removes the ad breaks between matches; ads you choose to watch for a reward remain optional.
Purchases are processed by Google Play or the Apple App Store. We never see your payment details. The store tells the game which items you own so they can be unlocked and restored.
League leaderboards are simulated inside the game. Other names on the leaderboard are generated by the game; no personal data is shared with other players.
The game is intended for players aged 13 and over and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Ads are limited to content rated for teens.
Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR), you may have the right to access, correct or delete personal data and to object to its processing. Because we do not store your data ourselves, please use the privacy settings above or contact the ad providers listed. For any question, email chris96skan@gmail.com.
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
