Hue Lock – Privacy Policy

Last updated: 11 October 2026

This policy explains what information the mobile game Hue Lock ("the game", "we") handles on Android and iOS. The game is published by NWBN. Contact: chris96skan@gmail.com.

1. Information stored on your device

Your progress is saved only on your device:

There are no accounts, we do not run our own servers and we do not receive this data. Uninstalling the game deletes it.

2. Google Play Games and Apple Game Center (optional)

If you sign in with Google Play Games (Android) or Game Center (iOS), your scores, achievements and a copy of your saved progress are stored with Google or Apple. This is how leaderboards and cloud save work, and your player name can appear on the leaderboards. Google's and Apple's privacy policies apply to that data. You can play without signing in.

3. Advertising

The game shows ads through Google AdMob. To show and measure ads and to prevent fraud, Google may collect information such as your device's advertising identifier, IP address (used to estimate an approximate location), device model and operating system, how you interact with ads, and diagnostic information. Google processes this under its own policy: policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.

Your choices. In the EU, EEA, UK and Switzerland the game asks for your consent before personalised ads are shown, and you can change your choice at any time in Settings → Privacy options. On iOS you are asked whether apps may track you (App Tracking Transparency). On Android you can reset or delete your advertising ID in the system settings.

If you buy Remove ads or the Starter Pack, the game no longer shows ads between runs. Ads then only appear when you choose to watch one for a reward, such as a continue.

4. In-app purchases

You can buy Remove ads, a one-time Starter Pack (no ads, coins, an exclusive ball and continue tokens) and packs of continue tokens. Payments are processed by Google Play or the Apple App Store; we never see your payment details.

5. Notifications

The daily reminder is optional and off by default. If you turn it on, the game schedules a local notification on your device. No notification data is sent to us.

6. Sharing

When you share a result (a picture of your score screen and a duel code), the game opens your device's share menu. What you share goes only to the app and people you choose; nothing is sent to us.

7. Children

The game is intended for players aged 13 and over and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR), you may have the right to access, correct or delete personal data and to object to its processing. Because we do not store your data ourselves, please use the privacy settings above or Google's and Apple's controls. For any question, email chris96skan@gmail.com.

9. Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
