This policy explains what information the mobile game Echo Heist (in Greek: Echo Heist; "the game", "we") handles on Android and iOS. The game is published by NWBN. Contact: chris96skan@gmail.com.
Game progress (completed levels, stars, best scores, daily heist streak), coins and ad-skip tickets, owned and equipped outfits, purchases (remove ads, starter pack), settings (music, sound effects, graphics quality, vibration, on-screen D-pad, left-hand mode), which tips you have seen, play statistics that stay on your device, and a random ID the game makes up so progress from different devices can be merged. If you sign in with Google Play Games, a copy of this progress is saved to your Play Games account. are stored only on your device. There are no accounts, we do not run our own servers and we do not receive this data. Uninstalling the game deletes it. The game does not use your microphone, camera, contacts or precise location.
The game shows ads through Google AdMob. To show and measure ads and to prevent fraud, Google may collect information such as your device's advertising identifier, IP address (used to estimate an approximate location), device model and operating system, how you interact with ads, and diagnostic information. Google processes this under its own policy: policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.
Your choices. In the EU, EEA, UK and Switzerland the game asks for your consent before personalised ads are shown, and you can change your choice at any time in Settings → Privacy settings. On iOS you are asked whether apps may track you (App Tracking Transparency). On Android you can reset or delete your advertising ID in the system settings. Where the law requires it (for example in the European Economic Area and the UK) the game shows Google's consent message before any ad is requested. Between-level ads appear at most after every fourth completed level and never before level 8; reward ads only play when you tap a button for them.
Echo Heist has two optional one-time purchases through Google Play: the Starter pack (an exclusive outfit set, 300 coins and 3 skip tickets) and Remove ads, which turns off the full-screen ads shown between levels. Ads you choose to watch for a reward (an extra echo, a solution, double coins) always stay optional, and skip tickets bought with coins replace them. Payments are handled by Google Play; the game never sees your payment details.
Signing in with Google Play Games is optional. If you do, the game saves a copy of your progress with Google Play Games Saved Games, so it can follow you to a new phone. That copy is stored in your Google account and handled under Google's privacy policy; we never receive it. You can delete saved games in your Google Play Games settings.
The game counts things like which levels you restart or get caught on, so you can see your hardest levels in Settings. These numbers stay on your device and are not sent anywhere.
There are no accounts. Settings → Reset progress erases your levels and stars (purchases, coins and outfits are kept). Uninstalling the game removes everything stored on your device. Purchases belong to your Google Play account and can be restored on any device you sign in to.
The game is intended for players aged 13 and over and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Echo Heist is meant for players aged 13 and over and does not knowingly collect information from younger children.
